This policy explains cancellations and refunds for premium subscriptions on Thuna Matrimony.
1. Subscriptions
Thuna is free to browse. Premium subscriptions (₹19 for 1 month, ₹50 for 3 months) unlock access to contact details of matched profiles. Each plan is a one-time charge for the selected period.
2. Cancellation
You may stop using premium features at any time. As plans are one-time (non-auto-renewing) purchases, there is nothing to cancel for future billing — access simply ends when the period expires.
3. Refunds
- Because premium unlocks digital access to contact information immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the plan is activated.
- If you were charged due to a technical error or duplicate payment, contact us within 7 days and we will verify and refund the eligible amount.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Failed payments
If a payment is deducted but your premium is not activated, please contact us with your transaction reference. We will activate your plan or refund the amount after verification.
